Our projects are grouped into three sizes based on cost and that determines the process for project approvals and governance procedures when delivering the works:
Most projects go through a two tiered approval process. The Space Allocation Committee (SAC) will approve the need for the works and any space requirements, the CDO will then put together a budget estimate for the project and that will be approved by Senior Management and allocation made in the annual budget cycle.
